Do you actually work with clients in Dubai, or just India?+
Both. We have ongoing clients across the UAE, and our team works UAE business hours overlap (only a 1.5hr time difference from Mohali). Calls, WhatsApp, and email all work the same way they would with a local agency.
What exactly do I get at the end of the design phase?+
A complete Figma file with every screen, a clickable prototype you can test on your own phone, a documented design system, and developer handoff notes — ready to hand to any dev team, including ours.
How long does the design phase take?+
Most Starter packages take 2–3 weeks, Growth packages 4–6 weeks, depending on revision rounds and how quickly feedback comes back.
Can you build the app after it's designed?+
Yes — our Studio division builds iOS, Android, Flutter, and React Native apps. Many clients move straight from design into development with the same team, but it's entirely optional.
How do payments work for international clients?+
We invoice in AED or USD with milestone-based payments (typically 40% to start, 60% on delivery). Bank transfer and major payment gateways are supported.
Do we have to use email, or can we just WhatsApp?+
WhatsApp is our default for day-to-day updates — it's actually one of our specialties as an agency. Email and calls are used for contracts and formal sign-offs.
